Features, delivery stages, price and timeline must be agreed in writing before development begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.

Payment milestones, supported methods and refund terms are defined in the project quotation or agreement. Third-party fees such as domains, hosting, maps, SMS and payment gateways may be charged separately.

The client must provide accurate requirements, lawful content, required credentials and timely approvals. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method.

Firebase, Google Maps, Mapbox, hosting, domain registrars and payment providers operate under their own availability, pricing and policies. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of external services.

Ownership, source-code transfer and licensing are defined in the written agreement. Final production credentials and source files are delivered after agreed payment and acceptance conditions are satisfied.
